A comprehensive, “ International Code of Conduct” encompassing all areas of work in management consultancy practice has been drafted by ICMCI
ICMCI制定了一个比较全面的,涵盖咨询工作方方面面的国际行为准则
?The code devised by ICMCI works towards reducing the vulnerability of clients – by choosing a CMC, the clients know that they have a consultant who adheres to ICMCI’s code of professional conduct

It is mandatory that members follow the stipulated International Code of Conduct once they are inducted into ICMCI

The code is currently under review and when notified members are expected to abide by them

Confidentiality :
A member will treat client information as confidential & will neither take personal advantage of privileged information gathered during an assignment, nor enable others to do so
保密: 视客户信息为机密,不得利用从咨询项目中收集的特殊信息获取私人利益，也不得允许他人这样做。 2Unrealistic Expectations : A member will refrain from encouraging unrealistic expectations or promising clients that benefits are certain from specific management consulting services
不切实际的承诺:避免不切实际的承诺,或向客户保证能从某种特效的管理咨询服务中一定能够收益 Commissions / Financial Interests : A member will neither accept commissions, remuneration, nor other benefits from a 3rd party in connection with recommendations to a client without the client’s knowledge and consent, nor fail to disclose any financial interest in goods or services which form part of such recommendations
佣金与利益:不能在客户不知道和不允许的情况下,从与客户项目相关的第三方接受推荐佣金和其它好处,也不得透露任何可能构成推荐的货物和服务的财务信息 4.Assignments : A member will accept only assignments which the member has the skills and knowledge to perform
咨询项目:只接受自己的能力和知识能够完成的项目 Conflicting Assignments : A member will avoid acting simultaneously in potentially conflicting situations without informing all parties in advance that this is intended
互相冲突的咨询项目:在存在潜在的利益冲突且未事先通告所有有关各方的情况下，咨询师应避免同时承担多项任务 Conferring with Client : A member will ensure that before accepting any engagement, a mutual understanding of? the? objectives, scope, work plan, and fee arrangements has been established, and that any personal, financial, or other interest which might influence the conduct of the work has been disclosed
与客户协商:确保在合约之前，双方已经就工作目标、工作计划和费用安排等事项的确立与客户进行了充分交流.确保任何影响项目执行的个人、财务或其他利益因素已经解决 Recruiting :A member will refrain from inviting an employee of a client to consider alternative employment without prior discussion with the client
招募: 在未和客户讨论的情况下，不能劝诱客户雇员跳槽 Approach : A member will maintain a fully professional approach in all dealings with clients, the general public and fellow members
行为:在处理客户、普通公众和合作伙伴关系时坚持完全的专业行为 Other management consultants : A member will ensure that other management consultants carrying out the work on behalf of the members are conversant with and abide by this Code of Professional Conduct
